What each plan includes, and how to change it.

Yearly billing saves up to a third. The toggle switches every price.
The one that matters for most people
Free is a real plan, not a trial. Two computers, one session at a time, no card.
You outgrow it when you need a third computer, two sessions at once, or you are using it for work.
How seats work on Tech
Tech counts technicians connected at the same time, not computers. Two people who never overlap need one seat. Ten thousand computers cost the same.
The seat stepper goes from 1 to 50. Above that, Enterprise.
Changing plan
Manage subscription opens the billing portal. Change tier, change seats, update a card, or cancel.
- Upgrades happen right away.
- Downgrades and cancels happen at the end of what you paid for.
- After cancelling, the account drops to Free. Extra computers stay listed but cannot be reached until you are back under the limit.
Self-hosting
Running everything yourself is free for personal use, and a one-off licence for business. It is separate from the plans above. See self-hosting.
Receipts
Every charge emails a receipt, and the portal keeps the history. Enterprise invoicing: sales@realframe.io.
