Uninstalling
Remove the app, and remove the computer from your account.
These are two different things. Removing the app stops that computer sharing. Removing the device in the dashboard is what cuts off its access.
Remove the app
Settings ▸ Apps ▸ Installed apps, find RealFrame, uninstall. The startup task goes with it.
Remove it from your account
Open Devices and remove the computer. Its enrolment is revoked and the slot is freed. This works even if the machine is gone.
If the computer is lost or stolen
Do the dashboard half. It is the half that actually blocks access.
What stays
- Your account and everything in it.
- Session history in Connections.
- Local settings files, listed above.
To close the account itself, use Settings in the dashboard. That cannot be undone.
