Keyboard shortcuts
Every shortcut, and the ones left out on purpose.
In a session
| Shortcut | Does |
|---|---|
| ⌘1 | Fit to the window |
| ⌘2 | Actual size, 1:1 |
| ⌘3 | Stretch to fill |
| ⌘F | Fullscreen on or off |
| ⌘K | Keyboard grab on or off |
| ⌘D | Disconnect |
On Windows and Linux, use Ctrl where the table says ⌘.
No shortcut, on purpose
Send Ctrl-Alt-Del is in the Session menu only. It should never fire because a hand landed in the wrong place.
Use Mac Keys is a toggle, not an action.
Where your keys go
| Grab | Keys go to |
|---|---|
| On | The far computer, including shortcuts your own system would eat |
| Off | Your own computer |
The shortcuts above always belong to the session window, so ⌘K can always turn grab back off.
The ⌘ key
With Use Mac Keys on, which is the default, your ⌘ arrives as the far computer's Ctrl. Copy and paste feel normal.
Turn it off when Ctrl needs to arrive as Ctrl, like terminal work. See keyboard.
